and every one is addressed to me.  I don’t think I’ve posted this before, but as a closing gift from the prior owner we received a framed print of a postcard showing our house (immediate foreground) and the (really?) trolley tracks running down the street.  The postcard was done by Geo. E. Pierson, who I hear was the town pharmacist and put together all of the “come visit” postcards for the town.   Even cooler than the window into the past is the frame, which was made out of some of the wainscoting from the kitchen of the house next door.  Other than the fact that the garden in the picture is now our other neighbor’s house, things look pretty much as they did 100+ years ago.
